Magnolia Lewis Agent | License ID: 40504768
275 Market St # 501, Minneapolis, MN, 55405
-Minneapolis Office-
I service areas in East and West Bloomington, Richfield, Burnsville, Edina, Apple Valley and surrounding suburbs. Being that I am/have been a resident of Bloomington, Richfield, and Burnsville these are areas I have great knowledge about.
Bloomington is centrally located and is the home of Mall Of America. It is also the fifth largest city in Minnesota as of 2016. Richfield is an inner ring suburb of Minneapolis-Saint Paul region and is bordered by Minneapolis to the north, Minneapolis-Saint Paul international airport to the east, Bloomington to the south, and Edina to the west. It’s also close to Burnsville and Apple Valley.
I have been a licensed Realtor with EXIT Realty Metro since 2015 and have 10 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. My EXIT team has sold a lot of houses. With that being said we pride ourselves in putting our clients first!
My background is in SALES! I spent 14 years in magazine sales/renewals, telemarketing, and management. I am also a model mentor, consultant and a have been a model for 20 years.
I mainly work with first time home buyers, foreclosures, and relocations.
My professional branding slogan is "changing people's lives one SALE AT A TIME!”
I am a Mother to a college student. I value my Family time and love doing dinners, movies and fun activities with them. I love to dance (choreography is in my blood). I love to cook and work out on my down time. I love to give back when I can, so when time permits, I go volunteer at Feed My Starving Children. Both of my parents are hearing impaired. My dad is hard of hearing and my mom is deaf, which means I am fluent in ASL (American Sign Language). Being around positive people is a must!
Fun Facts: I model and have been for over 20 years (runway, print, commercial, and promotional). I recently finished filming 2 movies in 2017 and 2018. One is a mini comedy called Brad and Dwight's Dance Off and the other is called Tuscaloosa, featuring Devin Bostick (from Diary of a Whimpy Kid) and Natalia Dyer (from Stranger Things).
